  • The item is unused, in its original packaging, and with all tags attached.


2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Personal care items (e.g., skincare, cosmetics, undergarments)

  • Intimate apparel or accessories

  • Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable” at checkout


3. Return Process

  2. Provide your order number, product photos, and reason for return.

  3. Our team will review your request and provide the return address or next steps.

Please do not send items back without prior authorization.


4. Refunds

  • Once your return is approved and received, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method.

  • Refunds are typically processed within 7–14 business days.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (defective or wrong item).


5. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you wish to replace an item, please request a refund and place a new order.


6. Damaged or Wrong Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos.
We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.
